    OLINE was founded by industry professionals with decades of experience delivering commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects across the United States. Our leadership team has worked in more than thirty states and built everything from large industrial facilities to multifamily, office, medical, retail, and tenant improvement projects. We created OLINE to combine the capability of a large contractor with the hands-on involvement and responsiveness of a smaller firm. With offices in Omaha, Lincoln, Fort Worth, and Somerville, we serve clients nationwide while maintaining one standard of quality and one unified approach.
