Jon started his career in the 1990s, building a strong foundation in estimating and project management before rising rapidly through the executive ranks. His leadership journey includes founding and serving as President of a construction services fabrication company, where he oversaw all facets of the business, from operations and finance to engineering and quality control, driving performance and profitability through lean processes and system-driven accountability.
He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Preconstruction Services at a top ENR 400 contractor, where he managed over $1billion in annual backlog replenishment and led strategic growth initiatives. In his role, Jon led all estimating, business development, scheduling, and proposal operations across a diverse portfolio of complex projects ranging from $50 million to $2 billion.

As a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Nick leads Oline’s Site Engineering efforts with a deep understanding of topographic analysis, site optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Oline, Nick held leadership roles at Alston Construction, Casey & Keller, and Bowman Consulting, delivering cost-effective site solutions on projects across United States with a focus on value engineering, earthwork, and stormwater management.
Nick earned a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Surveying Engineering Technology from NJIT.
